The kings of France were buried at St. Denis from the 10th to the 18th century.

Kings were crowned at the Cathedral in Reims however queens were 
crowned at the Bascilique de St Denis.  


 St. Denis is the patron saint of Paris.

We got off the Metro at the Basilique de St-Denis and took the tram 
to the other side of the fork.  We got on the Metro at the other end of line 13, 
Les Courtilles (Asnieres-Gennevilliers).




We took the tram to the metro and to lunch.  A Chinese buffet.
