Jardin Butte Chaumont et
 Jardin des Plantes et
Mosquee de Paris Cafe

We walked to the Metro closest to the mosque and the Professor discovered that he was in the old neighborhood where he served on a mission 45 years ago.  We bought more strawberries
at this corner of the market on Mouffetard.

Although I have been to this corner several times, I had never noticed this unusual architecture.  Unusual for this neighborhood anyway.

When I walked into the church, altar boys were practicing entering the nave.
It is a very light and pleasant building.

Jardin Butte Chaumont

We visited this garden in the winter and I wanted to see it again in the spring when the trees were that special new green and flowers were blooming.

When you are standing on the bridge you can feel it move as
people walk along it.
The bridge was created by  Gustave Eiffel in 1867.

The Temple de la Sibylle and the other structures at the jardin were created by architect Gabriel Davioud, the chief architect for the city of Paris.

Special thanks to these two unsuspecting women who got caught when
I tried to catch the waiter pouring their tea.
