Our walk to the chateau was lovely. Just a moment after these pictures were taken
it began to rain steadily.

I have never seen this walkway in late spring or summer. Looking at some of the pictures
online I regret that I will never see this beautiful spot at its best.
The Promenade ends with a spiral staircase leading up from the old railway bed
to the streets above.
I did not look down and I did not fall off.
