We walked to rue Blondel to have pizza for lunch and these are a few sights we passed on our way.
The American church in Paris is one of those buildings that is right on the sidewalk. It makes it very difficult to get a good shot of it from across the street. This pictures with all of the green makes it look as if spring is finally here.

Place des Victoires
At the center of the Place des Victoires is an equestrian monument in honor of King Louis XIV,[2] celebrating the Treaties of Nijmegen concluded in 1678-79. A marshal of France, François de la Feuillade, vicomte d'Aubusson, on his own speculative initiative, demolished the old private mansions on the site. Feuillade's project was soon taken over by the Bâtiments du Roi, a department attached to the king's household, and the royal architect, Jules Hardouin Mansart, was entrusted with redesigning a grander complex of buildings, still in the form of a ring of private houses, to accommodate a majestic statue of the triumphant king.
The Porte Saint-Denis is a Parisian monument located in the 10th arrondissement, at the site of one of the gates of the Wall of Charles V, one of the now-destroyed fortifications of Paris. It is located at the crossing of the Rue Saint-Denis continued by the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, with the Boulevard de Bonne-Nouvelle and the Boulevard Saint-Denis.
