It was good for me to read about the park again. As we walked around today, I was conscious of
the many man-made water features. However, I had forgotten that the park was created from a
quarry. That explains the cliffs and valleys within the park.
There were several signs posted about work and renovations being done in the park.
We assume that is why the grotto is without any water. It felt sad and empty

As you can see, it is still early spring and not all of the trees have leaves or buds.
An unusual visitor to the park. Swans, ducks and pigeons are the normal inhabitants.
Certainly one of my favorite spots in Paris.
