Sidney Dee Hemsley, age 76, of Knoxville, died Tuesday January 31, 2017 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, member of TennesseeBar Association ; retired attorney for Municipal Technical Advisory Service, University of Tennessee. He served in United States Army for 7 years in Germany, France, Vietnam.
